Designer and drawer Antonio Fuente, middle part of Beusual, will intervene in the urban and industrial art exhibition of the clothing firm Savage Culture, which takes place next days 31st of August and 1st of September at Elegarcu´s Industrial Pole (Cacicedo de Camargo).
The exhibition will meet nine national and international artists, including Okuda, the British Kaes or Antonio Fuente himself, in order to create an outside gallery with very large dimensions, aiming to link culture with industry, as well as art and fashion.
Creators will participate in the rehabilitation of the company´s building and the retaining walls around. These walls will be divided into seven vertical bands, one for each artist, attending the two remaining to the façade and interior design. The theme will be related to the cities where Savage Culture is represented, such as Santander, Miami (EE.UU), Mombasa (Kenya) and Mumbai (India). The working days will be livened up with music by deejays.
Savage Culture exhibition is a rehabilitation project which seeks to expand to the rest of Elegarcu´s Industrial Pole and other industrial zones of Cantabria. Counts with the support of Santander and Camargo municipal councils and the regional ministries of Culture and Industry of the Government of Cantabria, as well as the Cantabrian Parlament among others.
