MMIT Architects Studio, integrated by Javier Terán and Montes brothers, Agustin and Alberto, chose, since its creation in 2002, to participate in public tenders as a way to address greater professional challenges. Thus, their built works stand out in the Spanish scene and have been the subject of significant critical attention.

Among their recent works highlight the football field of the Malecón in Torrelavega (Cantabria), exponent of a lightweight architecture that integrates into the urban context with delicate constructive sincerity, and the Town Hall of Meruelo (Cantabria) a building that resembles a quarry of stone on the outside and surprises for your exciting game of lights and Interior textures.

The modular architecture is also one of the lines of architectural research of the study, determined to find contemporary solutions for types varied, as single-family homes and hotels, from ecological concern and constructive efficiency.
